We are a business consulting and market research company established by founders who have gained consulting experience in Australia. Since we commenced business in 1993, we have consulted to businesses in a wide number of industries in Malaysia as well as other Asian and Middle Eastern countries.

Our business consulting services include developing business plans, master plans and information memorandums; conducting feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, and business valuation; and undertaking independent industry assessments and market studies.

We also provide corporate finance and investment consultancy, where we assist companies in their initial public offerings (IPO), reverse takeovers (RTO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and bonds/sukuk.

We are also a market and industry research research company where we undertake both consumer and industrial research. Our in-house research provides timely and pertinent information to support our consulting services.
